KASEMAKE mount cutters represent the best in mount cutting capabilities under computer control. The net effect is to produce consistently higher quality mounts, in quantities that far exceed anything that can be achieved using manually powered systems.

The KASEMAKE mount cutter can help you to produce designs of great complexity, beyond the capabilities of normal manual dexterity. Alternatively the system will work hour after hour, with no need for a break, manufacturing standard mounts.

The table is supplied with two cutting tools. The first is a knife mounted at 52 degrees for cutting bevelled edges and the second is a vertical knife for cutting board at 90 degrees. Whilst having the capacity to cut both a vertical and bevelled edge to mount cutter can also cut a decorative "V" groove into the face of mount board.

The maximum thickness of board that can be cut in a single pass is 2.2mm. Boards are held in place on the table by pneumatic clamps.
