Archive and storage
Archive and Storage Previous Next
This photograph illustrates a typical archive, books, documents and artefacts stored on shelving. All would benefit from being stored in an archival box or folder. This can be achieved using KASEMAKE CXD, an in-house manufacturing system for the production of phase boxes, archival boxes, folders, wallets etc. Typical archive
Phase box storage When the table has cut and creased the phase box it is folded into shape and the relevant book placed in it. This should be a perfect fit every time. The book is now ready for a period of safe storage protected from chemical, and physical damage.
This photograph above illustrates the same archive after several months of KASEMAKE CXD use. No books or documents are open to external damage, all items are clearly labelled and the county's heritage is more securely stored than ever before. Archive after KASEMAKE CXD
